This is a college anatomy course taught through Weber and proctored by Ms. Elliott. This anatomy credit is a prequisite to all medical careers. Any student who is pursueing a medical career should take this course. You will be receiving college credit for a high school student discounted tuition rate! This class requires 10-12 hours of work outside of class per week, but it is well worth the work. Students have shown higher success rates in this class when taken in high school versus college.

    Culinary 1 builds on the cooking techniques and nutrition principles learned in Foods 1. This class covers food preparation, nutrition, safety, sanitation, management, and consumerism that are used in the home and industry.
